A wonderful "Thank you" letter from Karen Beri RSVP Events. Great job DJ Brennan Sullivan and Palm Strings!

"Ray,
I wanted to send you a note of thanks for your fabulous team that you provided to me for yesterday’s wedding.  I can’t say enough fabulous things about both the Palm Strings Orchestra and DJ Brennan Sullivan!  I had the pleasure of numerous email conversations with Neil Puzon regarding the coordination of this event, who then turned things over to Erik for day of production.  Neil was great with answering my email quickly and addressing the concerns of my client.  Erik and the team were amazing to work with on Saturday.

Being in the wedding business, I work with many, many vendors, especially DJ’s.  I can’t express to you enough the joy it was to work with Brennan Sullivan!  First, his communication prior to the event was outstanding.  I’m sure you can appreciate the importance of email correspondence.  With some DJ’s I find myself waiting a couple days for them to get back to me-not so with Brennan.  He always answered me within a couple of house, if that, and I very much appreciated his willingness to work with us on changes to the timeline, etc.  Yesterday’s wedding was flawless and Brennan’s performance at this wedding was impeccable!  Not only was he a joy to work with, he was flexible with changes, set up amazingly quick, showed true dedication to his job and kept the guests on the dance floor the entire evening.  I’ve probably worked with over 100 DJ’s in the past 7 years and no one has ranked as high as Brennan for me.

You have a great staff of performers Ray and I’m so blessed to have finally been able to work with you all and meet this wonderful entertainers.  I look forward to working with you all again in the future.  My heartfelt thanks!"

Another successful wedding thanks to DJ Michael Valenti.

I just entered my raving review on wedding wire!! You have to know that Michael Valenti was our DJ for the entire day and HE MADE OUR WEDDING. He was beyond wonderful. You guys are very lucky to have him representing your company. He is a fabulous DJ and is an all around great person. He made the day feel relaxed and was extremely nice to our guests. Many people commented on how fun and nice the DJ was.

I hope this note reaches the right person. Michael Valenti is all things awesome!!!

Three lovely letters from clients that enjoyed our services.

Lisa,

I wanted to thank you and the staff on the Miss Christin for an INCREDIBLE evening. The boat was perfect, and the students had a wonderful time. Even though our group arrived too late to do the boat tour, everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful to our group. The amount of food on the boat was perfect – it is always disappointing to us and the students when the food runs out prematurely or when they are denied something we were initially promised – which was not an issue at all with your company. Additionally, the DJ made a great atmosphere, and the students loved dancing and requesting songs. They even asked me ahead of time, “Miss, do you think the DJ would play Mexican music for us?” and they were happy to find that their requests were met happily.
We truly appreciate your hospitality and high quality of service. When travelling with school groups, we are not always treated with the same quality of customer service that would be given to an all-adult group, so we are extremely grateful and appreciative for the experience you provided for our group.

Thank you again!

Dear Robert,

Well it is the morning after the Cameron-Voge Wedding and the Father-of-the-Bride is checking in to say how much we enjoyed Sound Nation last night.  I think that crowd would have danced with you all night if they could have.  One piece of business is annoying me.  I totally forgot to get you and the band the gratuity I wanted to provide.  This is partially your fault because I was having so much fun.  I probably should have given the task to one of our planners but I wanted to give you the envelope myself and simply was off gallivanting when the time came.  But, this we can rectify – I can send you my token of our appreciation is you just tell me where.
Many many thanks for a great evening.
Dave

Dear Michael,
My sincerest apologies for not replying to you sooner.
Thank you SO much for your email - It meant a lot to me.  Michael, you were such a huge part of our day - you made everything so much more fun, special and meaningful!
I feel so, so, so lucky to have gotten you as our DJ! You did an OUTSTANDING JOB! Over a handful of people commented on "how fun and nice" the DJ was. Thinking back on it, you NAILED the ceremony music....I noticed how you started the songs in the perfect places...same with the reception!
I was amazed at how smoothly everything ran...you really have the karaoke down pat. Your organization skills showed during the after party! Our friends just loved the karaoke - a lot of them said it was one of the funnest weddings they've been to and I think the Karaoke made it! Thank you.
Anyone having an event or wedding is extremely lucky to have you there! I posted a raving review on Wedding Wire about you and I also sent a note to Christian w/ Bialek's letting them know how wonderful you are....I'm sure they get many emails. : )
From the bottom of my heart, you really made our day that much more special. You are wonderful - thank you for everything.
Your assistant that day was very nice as well - good people stick with good people! I hope we do keep in touch. I will certainly reach out to you if we need any type of music for anything in the future. I'll also share your email if I hear of anyone who needs a DJ. You are so welcome for the gratuity - wish I had more to give you because you were AWESOME!
Best of luck to you this summer! Thanks again for making our wedding day so special. (I loved dancing to Mambo #5 with my mom....I'll remember that forever.)

Kind Regards,

Katie & Bobby

Bialek's Music was at the Carnegie Library on 4/11.  It was for  Dinner Lab's crawfish boil.

We donated the Herritage Dixieland Duo and they did a fantastic job!
