End of Summer Party at Mandarin Hotel

Last week's End of the Summer Party at the Mandarin Hotel featured fabulous bananas foster, crab cakes, and the best NOKI ever. Thanks to our hosts, Dominic Sanchez, Ghazel Yazdanparast, and Bret Freedman for ending our favorite season with the Latin flair of Trio Caliente to Salsa out the summer. So what if there was a slight monsoon.

I really enjoyed the party with my friends.

Bialek's and National Artists presents the B52's!

Bialek's Music and National Artists Corporation teamed up to book international recording artists the B52's, for the 1st of many Rock N' Roar concerts, featuring various artists for FONZ (Friends of the National Zoo). Check out the photos, courtesy of photographer Mark Anderson at:

Still looking good, and still rocking it! The weather was perfect, no tin roof rusted needed. Thanks to our partners Tina Fortunato & Dan Pierran of FONZ for helping to raise thousands of dollars for this worthy cause. It was a true love shack!

Here's a video of the B52's performing "Roam":
